Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
Our system allows the use of only one coupon per purchase .
Out of stock? What should I do if the item I'm interested in isn't available in my size?
New items may sell out quickly, but we'll have more coming soon!
Please contact our customer service team by email and we'll do our best to notify you as soon as the item is back in stock. Please provide the best email address so we can contact you when the item is back in stock.
Why was my order canceled?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the item you purchased may have suddenly gone out of stock and is no longer available. We assure you this is a rare occurrence. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to inform you of the cancellation. If your order includes other items, they will still be shipped to you, and the unavailable items will be removed from the order and refunded.
I need to change my order, what should I do?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we're fast!). We can't make changes once the package has been processed and shipped.
